Installed and tried the new Motorguide "Safari" prop today on my 43 lbs bow-mount. I had George's Marine order me one since I haven't seen the prop for sale (yet) on BPS or Cabelas.

This prop lives up to its hype! I fished some pretty heavy slop on Lower Rideau and the blade did not catch any weeds at all. This prop is a huge improvement on the previous ones and is much closer to the performance of the Minn Kotas.

For once, Motorguide seems to have gotten it right...
