YESSSS finaly my first bass on a flipping jig

well i finaly did it whent out after school today and tryed flipping once again and got my first fish on one
here she is smallie..to bad but none the less im happy
she was 3.11 not a best but an alright fish and im happy with it
next time i will get a monster on the flip

Well I see that the broken ribs aren't slowing you down...
Congrats on the first one on the flip though... looks like i need to get mine
Btw.... did you happen to get it on one of my fippin jigs????

Very nice little smallies... I have never fished flippin' jigs. I almost always use crank baits. Flippin' is something i gotta start trying. It's too slow for me

and mickey ribs will never slow me down lol and not on one of your fliping jigs my old green one lol flipped into a big pocket i dont know why the smallies are in the slop but thats ok lol

i have to learn. i seem to lose patience fast with these (same with soft plastics) any1 got any tips for someone looking to get into jigs for bass?

Nice fish! 75% of the time they hit it on the drop so lighten your jigs this time of year to slow the drop rate.....
I had one CRUSH one on the Ottawa, flipped in and the line just kept going! LOL!..That was awsome!
and 3lbs+ for a smallie is EXCELLENT..don't knock it!

Good job, I have caught a few smallies in the slop, particularly in the downtown portions of the rideua river.
