Helly Hansen Alpha One Piece Suit vs Mustang Integrity Suit

I want to get a floatation suit this year. I do not use a hut when ice fishing so I have decided on a one piece suit.
I am after one that is warm (don’t want tons of layering), well built, reliable. Right now I am looking at the Helly Hansen Alpha One Piece Suit and the Mustang Integrity Suit HX. I have read that the Integrity Suit is more comfortable but really like the idea of the Alpha's suspenders. I have also read complaints about the quality of the Alpha’s hood.
What I would like are comments from users of either type with pros and cons.
Thanks in advance!

I have the Mustang Integrity Suit HX one piece suit and it is toasty warm without much layering. Just make sure you have warm boots. I have not tried the HH suit so I can't say.
If its a one piece suit I don't know why you would need suspenders .

You will definetly enjoy the built in suspenders of the HH. If I didn't have the suspenders I would 've gotten rid of my 1 piece and bought a 2 piece.

Wallyboss, do you have problems with the quality of the Alpha’s hood?

I have the Mustang suit and my friend (Mossman) has the HH suit - some observations.
1) Mustang seems to be slighly lighter/warmer than HH - that said, they both do an excellent job keeping out the elements.
2) HH edges out the Mustang in comfort owing to the suspenders - I'm going to see if suspenders can be sewn into mine, in fact.
3) The hood on the HH is very "whimpy" - Hood on the Mustang is great
4) A lot more storgage options in the HH than Mustang.
At the end of day they are basically equivalent - it boils down to which suit fits your body type best - the medium HH was too small for me and the large was like a space suit - the Mustang fit best so I went for it.

I have never even seen(used) the hood on it. But mine is a Nautilus Pro Series which is now HH I think. All I say is that if you want a 1 piece make sure there are suspenders in it.

I love my mustang, been a tall guy last thing I would want are suspenders. I get at least one size larger and still find the pant legs lift when I sit.
They need to come out with Big and Tall sizes.

This is a must! Mine don't have the suspenders in them, so you can't really unzip the top half, or else the whole suit falls off. Would be nice to have the suspenders for the warmer days.

If I was the manufacturer, I'd never put suspenders in them....it's only an invitation for people to wear them improperly and it's a recipe for possible disaster.

Excellent point Markus, something I had not thought about....till now... Planning on trying on both to see which one is more comfortable. Right now I am leaning more towards the Mustang as my choice.
Again, thanks for all the input, very much appreciated.

LeBaron's has some, but pretty limited stock. They're supposed to be receiving more in Dec.
