perch help

hey all live in windsor fish the detroit river. sat morning will most likely be my last trip out b4 i get my boat ready for winter. looking for perch mayB musky but never really fished this late in the year. any advice on depth structure, bait, presentation ect...

Just before Deer season opened last week, the Perch were in really shallow. HUGE schools in 2-6 FOW mid day, with decaying veg underneath.
