Is anybody other than me unable to find the current Quebec Fishing Regulations in English?
Tried all my bookmarks and Gouv't sites I can think of. Still no luck.

My point exactly. I click on the link and get squat. Nothing. Blank page.
Is it just my computer, or is the web-page is gone?

Works for me too...
Maybe your browser is blocking it? If cut and paste isn't working, try using a different browser if you have one. I use Mozilla Firefox but it works with my Internet Explorer too.

Good call TM. Just check it out on my PC running Windows 7 and it doesn't work in IE.
It works just fine in Firefox though! (same PC)

Go to the link posted above, when the blank page comes on, go to Tools and click on Compatibility View. The page will come up, and when you re-visit the page it will display properly. At least it did for me.
Hopes it works for others.
