And yet another weather forecast that went south....Go Figure..

Cloudy today high of 25 degrees

The plan was to get to Lake X by 7:00 am in the Maniwaki area

A slight detour through Constance Bay to pick-up Walleye Dude

Arrive at Chevy's house at 5:00 am met his parents...storm up to the Quyon Ferry and almost most the did the Chicken Dance....Ferry only opens up at 7:00 AM........

Arrived at Lake X ....look at watch 9:30 am..

Here's a Clue to Lake X ..

Image

Back to fishing..man they were biting...

The Black Flies that is.... :x

Walleyeman looking over at 24/7 sleeping on the shoreline

Then it happened ...all out of the blue the skies opened..Bigtime

We grab our gear and run two kilometer's back to the car ..leaving 24/7 to fend for himself.. 8) 8)

And it rained and rained and rained with no end in sight..we call it a day , A lot earlier than planned...

The view all the way home....

It was nice meeting you and your parents....Chevy.. 8) 8)

It was unfortunate the trout didn't come out and play today...As a matter of fact when it comes to trout ...they don't come out to play very often

Remember

,,,More Lake x draws to come

:
dont know what forecast you read.... I read

Cloudy with 60% chance of showers in the afternoon. High 26.

Showers came in the afternoon as expected.... what else do you want?

Ill make you a deal.....

Next time you go on an "excursion" ... you tell me 24 hours in advance where you are going... I will publish a personalized forecast right here on FH for everybody to see and read.

The way this report is written must be the most disgusting one I have read in my entire life. There is many other different ways to better write this report and still not exposing your spot, why did you pick to write this way I don't know.

Anyhow hats down for taking young lad out hope he catches something next time.

Whaaaa? I do not see what is wrong with this report. In Fact it is on of BA's better attempts.

It is a classic Les Amigos account.

Awesome - I think that's a great way to respond to BA's weatherman digs!!!
(to ensure forecast accuracy - GPS coordinates should be provided )
