there is 3 launches there and i know that 2 of them are not concrete. but they are free and will suffice unless you are launching the titanic

Which Mink Lake are you thinking of? I am on the smallest Mink Lake (Eganville) And as moonshine says there are 3 launches, none of them are concrete. If you are asking about Mink Lake up by Lake St Peter and Bark Lake, don't know I have not been by there in a couple of years.
