Hey just wondering where some good spots for bass there are?
Wrong. Charles Sim and Nigel Touhey did.brufan wrote:dude, bass are everywhere. Part of the fun of fishing is finding your own spots and using your own techniques to hopefully land some quality fish. If not, do more research and move on to your next spot. I think Charles Sim set the Canadian record with a 30lbs bag there last fall, ask him for his spots

there are lots and lots of shallow sand flats, shoals and semi and submerged Islands. but just like the 1000 Islands the channels are well marked.DropShot'r wrote:This section of the river really has my attention for a fall trip, however, I have been told this is a tricky piece of river to navigate.

I guess I'd better get a chart of the area and start to study it.bardern wrote: there are lots and lots of shallow sand flats, shoals and semi and submerged Islands. but just like the 1000 Islands the channels are well marked.
