Fishing on the ottawa

we were on the water this morning by 645 am and the river was like glass very calm so we decided to throw buzzbaits ,,,,,,,,,,nadda. switched to Zara nadda. then went to the green and white tube jig well guess what that's what they wanted hooked into an 8+ pound pike and a few other pike and a few good smallie slabs but here is the kicker.......they were in 12" of water i couldn't believe it one bass came unhooked a few times because of being to quick on the hookset but he came back 4 times to pick it up and be brought to the boat. It was a beautiful morning and the winds picked up later in the morning and the bite was off by 12 noon. Plan on being on the Ottawa tomorrow morning at 6:30 am for another shot at e'm!

I remember at one time i used to post the odd Bird pic every now and then..........

I think that is was some of your controversial photos that you have posted over the years that people objected to. Your strange affinity to eroticise birds is troubling to say the least.
That time you went overboard with that photo shoot; The Erotic Journey of The Coco Puff Bird.
