I was on Mississippi lake this afternoon with my canoe and 30lb troller (new mount in use!). Had a rough time getting back to the launch at about 4pm -- dark cloud started rolling in so got my butt off the water.

Good fishing day though (for me that is), 4 keeper bass for dinner.

according to the environment canada forecast, sever storm warning is ended. I live in P-R.... in the bush... wind never got higher than 10 kph according to my weather station.
Fishing is a heritage we need to teach. Take a kid fishing! And take me too while you're at it.

i was driving from hawkesbury to kingston last night and there was some torential rains, i saw one black cloud that really looked scary, was like the top half of a tornado, just not touching the ground. I'm no weatherman but i thought that coulda been one forming.
