Is there any access to a boat ramp on Norway Lake?
Are there any good bass lakes above Mountain Chute that require a 4x4 or ATV to access?

there must be access to a ramp on Norway lake. I don't know where but a friend of mine fishes it regularly and he launches a decent size boat in there

Mick:
There is a sort of a ramp from the K & P, but this has been gated by the snowmobile club.
Can you talk to your friend and PM me?

We had a family cottage there for years,as far as I know the only public launch closed with the little marina in the 80's,and as stated above the other is gated,I tried with my 4x4 offroader last summer to access it,but found that the landowners have installed large boulders on the trails past their cottages. I think if you got real serious you could find a spot from the north side, but it is pretty much surrounded by private land. my dad still knows people on there, they are very protective of the lake, for good reason,it was loaded with huge largies.

I suspect that there are two Norway Lakes. The Norway Lake I'm talking about is just off Highway 508 near Calabogie.

Thanks guys!
I'll ATV in on the K & P with a Kaywak and launch from there.
Not as comfortable as the boat but it works
