It is almost here... only a few days away.
Are you all ready?
I know I will see at least a few of you there at the blast off... and I have the captains word that I will also see most of you at the weigh in...!!!!
So...?
Any new strategies?
Any predictions?
Are you in?!!!

I'm in with Baz. I predict I will weigh in 2 smallmouth, I predict I will finish in the bottom 10, I predict I'll have a blast! I'll be fishing smallmouth first thing in hopes of getting 2 fish in the well early and then fish big fish water with big fish lures and hoping for two bites that count. Good luck to all!

A nice two bass tournament that launches out of Rockland. Happens this coming Saturday.
Check out Fishin Canada's web site... they have all the details.
Hope you can make it.

Craig,
If you know of anyone looking for a partner and has a boat I'm in. I'll check the site out.

Good luck guys!
This conflicts with other commitments or I would have LOVED to have fished this one.

If you add "Yes, if I have a boat", then that would be my choice.

It was a hard choice to make... BA and I were quite ready to do the Bassing For Bucks... but in the end, we like the simple approach of two fish at the end of the day to be weighed in... it is easier!!
We are old and simple.
I hope you take LOTS of pics and post a report about how it went... strategies for weigh ins and what not... maybe next year I will try it out!

I don't want to hijack your thread but these "big fish every hour" tournaments are a hoot. If I knew Miss Lake better, I would have registered and asked a F-Her along.
Last Sat there was one of these style tournaments on Muskrat Lake. One husband-wife team took home $1200 by winning 2 hours ($500 ea) and placing 2nd in 2 hours ($100 ea).
We are old and simple.
You're not that old.

Well... I have not yet reached the Age of Burger... but I think I may well meet or exceed the gas requirements!

You do that. I'd suggest The 13'er and The Yukon undergo a rivet check. I'm not sure they are built to withstand that much rumbling about.
Cue this thread going very sideways.....
