Your GOOD LUCK Charm?

Does anyone have a lucky hat, rod, shirt, or other "good luck" charm they like to have when fishing? If so, what's yours?

I don't think we'll see anyone mention bananas.

I got to thinking about a particular fleece jacket I've worn while catching most of my best fish. And also a pair of old, faded jeans. But then I figure: I am wearing the fleece because it's chilly on the lake and the jeans because they're beat up and now "fishing clothes". But still....it's not like they're all I wear.

Deep thoughts by Wolfe...a dangerous thing. 8)

I have a green walleye shirt, which I have worn for 95% of my fishing trips in the past 10 years! Sadly, it is on its last legs, so I am looking for a replacement....but it seems unlucky to replace a lucky shirt. We'll soon find out...

You know I think its my knife ... I had an interesting night last night and was dam lucky to have a good knife ... i had a pike come right out of the water beside my yak after a scented tube ... scared the heck out of me ... I casted again and he took the whole she-bang ... swivel, lure and hook ... gone ... so I used my trusty (lucky?) knife to rig up something really quick since the fireline was shredded a bit ... and then got the little guy on the second cast ... then the rain hit .. .but well worth the trip.

....or camera!

Craig, here's an idea. Buy an orange net and an orange scale. Then you're all set.

I start every season with a new hat and I change it every outing till I catch a 40"plus muskie then that is the hat for the rest of the season. It is then adorned with my lucky muskie pin, the hat is retired at the end of the season and I start again.

I know I am crazy, nuts, certifiable(sp) but you have to be to fish nothing but muskies

More of a good luck ritual.
Have to dip the net in the water before starting.
It "activates" the fish.
