Personally I'm not an iFrame type guy. They were cool back in the 90`s when I was 15 but now I just don't care for them but the link is there so I'm fine with just that.

FYI Please be careful when venturing out away from the pack. Hit some VERY sketchy ice today while checking on an area. Thankfully I had a spud with me. 5" of nice ice suddenly turned into 2". Nearly crapped my pants when I hit the ice with my spud and heard a very odd dull hollow sound, 2nd hit went right through. Back tracked very slowly...

Hey,
Today it's about 18 cm , is it still consider as unsafe?
What is the safe amount of ice?
I also have a quick question about ice fishers mentality.
It will be my first try for ice fishing and I have the strict minimum.
Do you think I can borrow an auger from someone already on the ice to do few holes or fishers usually don't do that ?

I just wanted to make I can go safely.
I addition next week weather looks pretty bad (too warm !!) so I definitely want to hit the ice tomorrow or Wednesday.
