Hey folks .... Have a cottage booked for the first week in August on big gull. Looking for any tips for walleye locations on this body of water. Where we are staying is at the western part of the lake .... Bayview cottages ... Looks like Earl Bay .... Looking at all the maps I see the better fishing is to the eastern part of the lake ..... Any suggestions :?: :?:
I see that it is loaded with lots of other species which I will probably resort to BUT ..... EYES would make it a trip I'm looking to enjoy
Thanx

I'll talk to ya b4 ya head up there Merrill, you'll enjoy that lake for sure. 8)

Only thing I can't stress enough is be VERY careful 'til you know your way around,
there's a s**tload of 'widow makers' in the lake for your prop/lower unit, and MANY
of them are not marked at all!!!!  :( :( :( :( :(
I bottomed out the skeg twice in one weekend but thankfully wasn't going
fast enough to do any damage, but that SSSSCCCCRRRRRRRAAAAAPPPEEE
sure freaks ya out!! :o

Are you the same Bear that used to go to Crotch L? If so, did you give up on that lake?
