St. Lawrence smalljaws!

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

St. Lawrence smalljaws!

Post by i got worms »

It's been a busy summer of whackin the smalls on the Larry.

The smallmouthstache is coming in nicely.

Most action has been coming on the dropshot over current swept rock/sand in 25-35ft of water.

Also some good fish coming off shallow shoal tops with spinnerbaits and jerkbaits including this chunk for my bro.

With fall just around the corner these fish are fattening up and the best action is yet to come! 8)
I got 99 problems but a fish ain't one...

More proof the Lawrence is just one of greatest Smallie factories around! With 2-7lbers reportedly caught this season in 2 different tournaments it seems the size is only getting bigger. Some great brownies "J" fingers crossed for the next 7lber!!!
