Second one that size this year but this was fatter. A real beauty of a fish swam away in great shape I'm happy to say. George being the net man did his pro job as usual. #16 this year though the number 15 was only about 20 inches.

Nothing but follows yesterday for us.
Were you burning them in still or did you have to slow down with the cold front?

Nice work Fordson. I am heading out tomorrow to see what I can get in the boat. First time out this year so hopefully they will be on fire for me. I am curious about the speed of retrieve as well so if you dont mind repsonding to that it would be appreciated

honest. I don't really change speed much until the water is cold. 50 or a little higher. I'd say medium fast speed. Good fishing.

Nice fish! I'm in my first season targeting musky and I still have a lot to learn. I have caught three so far with my largest at 36 in. Cant wait to break the 40 inch mark.
