Look what happens when you take two flim majors Laker fishin

I went fishing with my daughter for the first time in over a decade. We realized we like fishing together
Pete, her boyfriend came along. They are both film majors and brought up some pretty serious pic taking equipment.
Even the old analogue stuff.
They took some nice pics I could never take with my pocket camera.
They could shoot low light
Get great macro shots
...or micro shots
They do have a good eye
...and I have to admit that expensive cameras can catch beautiful subtle detail
...like this
...dad is old school
..and had opportunity to shoot subject matter that the little ones would never see that early in the morn'
...ah, nothing like coffee and breakfast early out on the lake
..and lakers
....they didn't see this 27 incher
..nor this early morning fish
..or this one
...or five lakers within an hour
..and the old guy has an art background
..and can squeeze a lot out of an automatic pocket camera
...people ask me how I take such good pictures. Mostly it's about being in the right place at the right time.

Those are some amazing shots!!! Wow.
I've always said fishing was a beutiful thing. Those pics prove that for sure.

Enjoyed that report and the superb pics. Nice to fish with family, I'm sure it brings back memories and at the same time makes new ones. That lake looks somewhat familiar!!
