Hi all,

Lately I've gotten quite into pond fishing. As a boatless angler it's a fun way of fishing, and you never know what might be lurking in a new pond you're trying out!

Anyway, I'd like to know if anyone has any info on fishing the Beaver Pond in Beaverbrook, Kanata. I live fairly close to it and I could see some decent fish being in there. If anyone has fishing experience there or knows anything about the fishing there I'd love if you could pm it to me!

Also, if anyone knows any other ponds nearby that have good fish in em that would be awesome ;)

Thanks a lot!

Cheers

You would think there is some kind of small fish in there. I live near the overpass tunnel by the highway in kanata and always walk my dog around the drainage pond there. Some days you can watch the seagulls pluck out all the goldfish. Can't say for sure there are any fish in the beaver pond but toss out a small spinner or worm and see what ya get. Oh ya and report back by c.o.b.

Sunfish and bullhead cats I know for sure. Probably some rock bass as well. That's all I have seen though
