I've been told there's a boat launch in cornwall (closest launch to Orleans? Or is there one closer), but I can't seem to find any info anywhere on it

Can anyone shed some light on where it is? Is there a cost to park or free? Super busy?

Take Brookdale heading south and turn left on Water street. Launch is on your right. Lots of parking and its free. Really nice launch.
