Madawaska River Burnstown to Springtown

Hi All
Looking at buying a Cottage on the Madawaska River.. Its just north of Springtown ..
Anyone know the water ? - any good fishing??
I have a 16Ft Lund Rebel - with a 60hp - I would like to be able to dock there..
Would have loved White Lake - but I think the Mad -seems decent??
Anyone have any comments??
