That is absolutely amazing for Canada and it beats out lots a of US states as well. Big congrats to Gordon. And out the Mad no less. Wild.

That's amazing !
Awesome to see it wasn't caught from the great lakes, but from local water.
It will be interesting to see what the official weight will be.

This is something very special. Betting a record by a narrow margin is one thing, but crushing it like that is entirely different achievement!

What an incredible catch!

I used to have that old plano tacklebox in the one photo so it's a great reference point...that fish is a tank!
