Brown bullhead - legal?

Hi,

My son and I caught a couple brown bullhead on Mississippi lake, and then put them back. I don't see them in the regs. Does anyone know what the regs are for them. All I could find was some mention in the preamble about fish not specifically mentioned. Are they worth keeping? What is the limit?

Bullhead are good eating fish. Especially in spring.
They are coarse fish, not listed, open season all year and no limit
