My wife and I are thinking of fishing the Madawaska River in the Griffith area, we have never fished there does anyone have any tips they can share? Not looking for your best /personal spots, I get it, just looking for general info about fishing that part of the river.

Also any water hazards we should be aware of or maps available of that area? Just going to fish for fun and trying out new places this year.
