Hi Everyone,

I'm thinking about going ice fishing on Monday March 14th. I was wondering if the ice is still safe around petrie or shirleys? I don't have a car so no need to worry about that since I'll be on foot. Also which is better around this time of the year? It's probably going to be my last trip of the hardwater season.

Shirley's will be very safe, but extremely wet. You will want tall water proof boots, expect up to a foot of water in places by the time next weekend rolls around.
