Deep in the heart of western Quebec...
Yes, they are stockers from one of our beautiful lakes stocked by individual municipalities. But damn, feels good to pull a fish through the ice on January 2!!
Perfect pairing! Hence, this posts title.
Cleaned, sealed and ready for dinner later this week!!
