Entrance to the ice is off River Rd. south of Taylor Park. You can't miss it. There are a few huts out there. You can expect pike, walleye, perch and panfish....the usual Rideau species.

Thinking of heading out here Saturday afternoon for the first time, any word on ice conditions/bite?

Not sure of the bite, but I was passed there last weekend and there were LOTS of trucks, sleds, dirt bikes and people out there. I would say lots of ice and looked like a fun time even if the fish don't cooperate.
Good luck.
