Rockland Flooding Update

The last few days have been chaotic in Rockland. The outpouring of support for the residents has been incredible. Volunteers from all over Eastern Ontario were here on the weekend to help. Close to 200 000 sand bags were filled and most properties were saved. For those in the fishing community who have reached out, THANK YOU. My house wasn't affected but I know many who weren't so fortunate.
Rockland boat launch this morning. The lamp post to the right sits on the ciment pier to which the docks are attached.
Wendover boat launch on the weekend:
The scene on Wilson Rd, immediately west of the Clarence Point causeway. SAND BAGS WORK!
Thanks again to those who have lent a helping hand.
Cheers.
