Hi guys,was wondering if you can fish anywhere on Lake Francis with a Ontario lisence or you need a Quebec one if you pass that imaginary line.

You’ll need a Quebec licence, the lake also borders New York State so if you are in those waters you’ll need a licence. Hope that helps

You can fish in Quebec waters with an Ontario sport license (not conservation) until just below Bainsville. Not sure of the exact area as I don't fish down that way often. You do need a U.S. license for American waters and an Akwesanee (sp?) for Akwesasnee waters.
