Walleye Opener - Where to Target?

Planning on fishing the entire opening weekend for walleye, but would like some guidance from forum members, where to target, and which waterways to avoid (either going to be way too busy, or not worth fishing period).
We are located in Russell, so easy access to the Rideau, Ottawa, St Lawrence.
Any suggestions? Will be out there rain or shine, and simply want to make the most of the outing.
Thank you!

If you're talking about this weekend, the Larry is the only opener to be had. I've only fished out of Cornwall, below the hydro dam. Usually pick up a few, but it could be hit and miss with the colder spring this year.
Rideau next weekend (may 12). Friday May 18 for the Ottawa river.

I believe the both sides open at the same date, but haven's checked the qc regs.

Looking outside at the trees swaying in the wind, I'm thinking the St Lawrence is going to be a little bumpy. Have a look at the forecast before you head out. I hope the guys fishing the Kiwanas tournament stay safe.
