Quebec catch limit?

Looking at the catch limit table (English version) for a Quebec zone, say zone 10, what does it mean when it shows a number follow by "in all"?
For example, the catch limit for bass is "6 in all", while the catch limit for lake whitefish is "5".
Is "in all" equivalent to the possession limit in Ontario?

My take is "In all" refers to species that have multiple differnt types within that species i.e there are both SMB and LMB.. Im sure trout limits have "in all" with them as well since there are Brook trout. Rainbow . Brown ect it keeps you from keeping the limits of everything.. could be wrong but its my best guess

I second that. From the "definitions" section:
In this publication, the following definitions apply:
Bass: includes small-mouthed bass and largemouth bass.
So "in all" ("en tout" in French) would mean all types included.
