Fishing Regulations in English

We have been buying non-resident Quebec fishing licenses for many years and have yet to get a regulations booklet printed in English. We've learned what we need to know to fish Pemichongan, but know nothing about 31 Mile Lake, or other waters we might want to fish. Anyone know of a source for a Regulation Booklet in English, other than downloading from the Internet and printing it ourselves, preferably?
