I am heading out tomorrow to Franny and was going to head to the dam to drag tubes. How is the flow. Earlier this year the it was super fast and a waste of time. Was hoping it has slowed down a bit. Thanks.

It's been super fast all summer! I have not been there for a couple of weeks but it was still flowing pretty good when we were there!
