Other lures for carp fish?

What is a Suitable Mattress Topper for You?

Each person has a different sleep position and weight, so what is the best mattress topper? To answer this question, the manufacturer designs the right mattress toppers for different users based on their position of sleep and weight. There are three main types of sleepers, including the stomach, side, and back sleepers. Now, we will show you how to choose the best topper for each type of sleeper.

For the stomach sleepers

The stomach sleepers are the people who carry a significant amount of weight in the stomach area. This position is not suitable for good sleep, and it is better to avoid this sleeping position. It can create slumping around the pelvis or hips. Therefore, it can misalign their spine and creates a risk of pressure and pain on the lower back and stomach.

There are many people who like this position. Thus, they should get firmer mattress toppers to avoid the slumping in their back and stomach and keep their spine straight. The toppers for this sleeping position should be thinner and of the low density type.

Recommendation

For the stomach sleeper, it is better to choose a topper as indicated below:

The topper for those who weigh less than 130 lbs should be medium soft or medium-firm with more than 2 inches of height in thickness and 1.3 PCF or lower density.

Sleepers from 130 to 230 Lbs should get the medium-firm to firm topper with 1 to 2 inches of thickness and 2.5 to 4 PCF density.

Sleepers who weigh more than 230 lbs should go for the firm or extra firm toppers, which have 1-1/2 or fewer inches thickness and 3.5 to 4.5 PCF density.

For the side sleeper

Side sleepers sleep in the position which creates curvature in their spine, which causes pressure on some sensitive areas such as hips, neck, or shoulders. Thus, they should choose the best mattress topper which sinks beneath these pressure points for straightening the spine and reducing pressure.

The sleeper who weighs less than 130 lbs will feel more comfortable with the soft low-density mattress toppers. However, users weighing more than 130lbs would prefer the firm topper since they will not sink too much.

Recommendation as weight groups

Less than 130 lbs sleepers, the soft to medium-soft firmness with 1-1/2 inches or more thickness and 2.5 PCF should be good.

For 130 to 230 lbs sleepers, they should get the medium-soft to medium firmness mattress topper with 2 to 2-1/2 inches in thickness and 3 to 4 PCF.

Those over 230 lbs should consider the medium-firm or firm topper with 2-1/2 in thickness or less and 4 PCF and higher density.

For back sleepers

The back sleeper should be focused on aligning the spine, as well as support and alleviate pressure. The high-density mattress topper is ideal for maintaining adequate assistance. A soft topper can cause the back or hips to sink deeply, but an over firm topper can cause a gap between the bed and the user’s spine. The medium firm topper would be the best option for those who are medium weight. The light sleeper can feel relaxed on a less firm topper. The heavy sleeper will be satisfied with a firmer topper.

Recommendation as weight groups of sleepers

For less than 130 lbs user, it is ideal to get the medium-soft or medium firm with 2 inches or more thickness and 3 PCF or lower density.

The 130 to 230 lbs users should get the Best Mattress Topper which has medium or medium-firm support with 1 to 2 inches in thickness and 1.5 to 4 PCF in density.

Over 230 lbs users should get the extra firm topper with 1-1/2 inch or less in thickness and 3.5 to 4.5 PCF density.

Carp eat various aquatic insects, so they will hit flies. If you don't have flyfishing gear (although they're a blast on a 7 wt), you can use a small float or bite indicator to cast flies with spinning equipment. Here's some patterns to get you started:
