Mississippi Lake bucketmouths

Was out last night with my daughter on the lake and i guess the water temperature has finally dropped to the point the bass are hungry again and have returned to the shallows.
I've had some meager outings last few weeks.
Using Rapala double jointed minnows to stay just above the ever present weeds seemed to be working, we had the lake to ourselves for the most part whcih if you know the Miss you dont get that too often.
But man does the sun ever go down quick this time of year.
