Usually one of the first lakes to freeze over locally, has any one been out and how might the ice be ??

I did see reports of folks fishing there a couple of weeks back but haven't seen any since that warm spell. I figure if you were to phone the lodge they would know.

It was great toward the end of Dec. A good 6 inches of ice. I haven't been back since the warm spell. I hope the last few reasonably cold days has helped.
