I highly doubt it yet, buddy has a cottage there and I haven't heard anything.

Hard to say, some lakes are ice free and others are still 80% ice.
I did some exploring yesterday, but didn't check out Silver. Based on what I saw I'd guess that Silver is ice free now, it's further south than the lakes I had stopped at.
For reference Palmerston Lake was pretty much free of ice.

But Canonto Lake right across the road, still had ice.

no ice on silver yesterday. no fish either though
