I am looking to go ice fishing within about an hour of kitchener. Has anyone been out ?

Hi Girl-Fisher, there are a few places even closer than 1 hour to good ol' K/W for some ice fishing.

Puslinch Lake ($5 car access fee) or Valens CA ($7.50) there's even a few freebies out there.

The major bait shops in the K/W area should have some good information for you.

A local board here in town,is good for current conditions,and where the hot bite is happening.
