Big goal for 2005?

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

Hey buddy, I really wanna hook into a colourful brown on the eastern tribs, I'm sure you'll be there to cheer me on in that venture. Also to start actually "targetting" certain species a little more, have a few muskie outings in the works and I'd like to try for carp this year as well as I've never caught one before.

My goal is the same as buckets: to target more fish this year.

There's a few species that I've never tried for before and I'm hoping to get on more outtings to target these fish.

I also would like to catch a musky over 43" and a big hawg of a bass...

I'd like to meet a couple more Talker's but otherwise I've got bows, browns, lakers and maybe a muskie in mind. Never caught any, maybe it's time I do. Good luck all with the plans and stuff.

Ohh yeah, and I've got a big road trip planned that I hope to just survive. :D

My goal is to go into the last tournament of the year in Renegade with a realistic shot at team of the year. A Classic win would be nice too.

Hey FF
I suppose my goal would be similar to others to fish with more Fish Hawkers, would also love to do a trip with the gang if money permits. But main goal would be to get out a lot more!
Well and truly hooked!

Would love to spend more time on the water; did better last year, but still not enough.

I really want to get at least one personal best for either species of bass and/or pike.

Will be pursuing musky again, (at least tigers), in the hopes that I can get a bigger one this year. However, just getting one will make me smile.

Renew my 7 yr old's interest in fishing, which cooled a bit last year. I think the '05 Derby will help in this goal.

Meet some more Hawk Talkers as well as round up with friends already met last season!

W.
Thanks, Dad, for taking me fishing when I was a kid.

Goals for 2005

Post by Seaweed »

I would love to get up close and personal with that big ole girl I have been chasing in the Ottawa river... the muskie guys... not the ladys on the beach at Petrie... I am married you know.

I want to make the classic in Renegade. I want my first 5lb bass... preferrably one that gives me biggest fish in a tourney too.

I want my 75hp Merc... to grow to a 150hp magically overnight.

I want someone to invent a motor that runs on water... to save the planet and my wallet.

I would love for a goal of everyone this year to be to wear your life preservers and kill switches... so that we don`t loose any more people this year to drownings from not being safe.
