What do you fish for?

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

I'm a walleye snob who has discovered that bass fishing is a great way to pass the time between the spring/fall peak seasons; or between the morning/evening bites.
There are few problems in life which can not be solved with a well-placed, high-explosive projectile.

nyw,

I love smallie and pike fishing the best. Still getting a handle on walleye, but seem to be slowly improving. I just love when I go for walleye and actually catch a few consecutively. Makes me feel smart.

This past season, I reacquainted myself with the fun of largemouth & crappie fishing, and I also caught my first tiger musky. So I am going to continue targeting these additional species this upcoming season.

I must give an honorable mention to the valiant rockbass which follow me around in large schools wherever I go. On slow days, I'll have a blast "targeting" them!

W.
Thanks, Dad, for taking me fishing when I was a kid.

Hoser, you can just edit your messages eh. It's my favourite button on this site.. i'm horrible at typos.. and I not only add another letter, I turn them into completely different words.

I mainly target bass but after catching my first (and second) muskie last season... it opened my eyes to a whole new world of fishing! This season I'm hoping to try a bit of everything!
