Hi every one

I have a couple of questions on this matter

1st one is does a boat trailler for a boat this small have to be licinces with the gouverment :?: :?:
boat is 14' aluminum


2nd would i be aloud to build it my self :!:

Yes you can build it and Yes the government has to be made aware of. You have to get a licence Plate :wink: THere are taxes to pay as well.
