Rod building supplies

Seems like the company I used to buy rod handles and guides from no longer exist.
Has any of you dealt with a CANADIAN company that sells these items, I want to turn some more broken rods into ice fishing rods.
I know the season is almost over and mass produced rods are now on sale everywhere but nothing beats a well built custom rod (in my humble opinion).
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are you refering to Angling Specialties? in Toronto. I know their web site is still up but no on line catalogue. Which is too bad, I used them in years past and had great service. I would like to build a one piece spinning rod and re-build my 12 ft noodle rod. Hate to go through the states with exchange, duty and bs.
