Favorite Pike Lure

Hi all,
Just wondering what your favorite lure to use for pike is.
I'm heading to Temagami for a couple of weeks early summer and want to target some monster northerns that I know are there (lost one last year).
I know they will strike just about anything but what I'm looking for is the go to lure, the one you tie on first!
I'll be at the carp show this weekend and would like to pick something up.
Any help would be appreciated
Thanks WK

Husky Jerk - Black and Silver (when water is cool)
Black Spinnerbait (when water heats up a bit)

If I'm casting for pike only. the first thing I would tie on is a Mepps #5 Aglia dressed in yellow and red. Can't beat it.
I always have a 9 inch sluggo in silver or pink tied on another rig for follows.
good luck

My go-to lures for the various types...
Trolling: 4-6" Red Devil Spoon
Active Casting: Big Gawdy spinnerbait with plastic twister and stinger hook
Surface Work: Zara Spook

heart pounding...
And don't overlook the oversize tube jigs.
Mmmmm.... pike.

Anything Charteuse.
Then I let the area dictate what type to throw.

Depending on the conditions. But the first thing I tie on is a gold spinner.
Also....
Top water: Chug bug & spook
Trolling: Rapala Jointed #12
Casting: Johnson Silver minnow with a white grub, original floater #12, & husky jerk #12
And when the pike bite is off, I try throwing a 3" yellow mister twister on an orange 3/8 jig head and reel it in fast. Doesn't necessarily get the big ones, but it never lets me down.

Spinnerbaits, Crankbaits, and Buzzbaits are exciting but usually get less strikes. Also in-line spinners are really good.

I like spinnerbaits in white, blue or orange & Smithwick Suspending Rogue jerkbaits. For topwater you can't beat a buzzbait or spook.
And of course BIG bucktail spinners are great too.

The first go to lure for pike would be a tie between a Bomber Long A(usually a bright orange colour) or a red and white daredevil or williams wabler. I would definitely try big spinnerbaits either tandem or inline bucktail spinners.

I'm hoping this will be my all time always go to pike lure
If you cannot catch a pike on a Williams Wobblers your not fishing in water.
The rest is my mind making up crazy things again.

Firetiger Bomber Long A(with the scars to prove it)
Any type of good sized spinners
A big sucker and a hook and a bobber
