Went fly fishing last evening on Ottawa river and caught my first brown in 2 years there.
Fish was approximately REALLY Fat 18' Inch Brown and it was successfully released

Yeah it was on Quebec side. just below the bridge..water was very high and I couldn't access pools that are usually accessible.Very hard to catch them (as I said every two year I got one ):((...but interesting if there is no trout rock bass and samlies will keep you busy
