OFS Regular Meeting (Sept)

Wow, hard to believe that it's almost September already. Where did the summer go?

In any case this is just a reminder that the Ottawa flyfishers Society's meeting start back up next month. Looking forward to seeing some new faces out at the meetings. The stories are always provide some great laughs, not to mention the opportunity to network with other flyfishers for the ever popular fall trout fishing.

Date: September 2nd
Time: doors open 7pm
Location: Champlain Field House
Topic: Slide Show and Tell - Spring/Summer OFS trips/outings, etc.

If I want to join OFS, should I wait until the next annual start-up, or does OFS run all year?

Mitch,

I'm not sure if things have changed since I first joined but when I joined years ago, the membership fee covered the first year and a half. Renewals are due at the start of the calendar year. I would suggest you simply come out, check it out. If you like it just ask for clarification on the dues from the treasurer.
