Post by Mitch24 »

Hey,

Does anyone know if there is a site that provides current conditions for the Salmon in Malone?

I don't know of any sites that have reports on the Salmon. Jones Outfitters and TCO at Hungry Trout have conditions for the Ausable River. Both sites will give you some idea of water levels and what's hatching in the Adirondacks.

The Little Salmon River in Bombay, NY has a stream gauge with real-time monitoring. It's about 9miles from the Salmon River. It'll give you an idea of relative water levels.

Unfortunately the Salmon River that Mitch24 is interested in isn't covered by that website.

Mitch,

You're best bet it to talk to Michel at Sport Action. He goes down to fish the rivers midweek on a weekly basis.
