Here's my case building caddis pattern (green), tied up a bunch, and I had my camera handy so I thought I would post it:

Recipe:

Hook: Curved Caddis, size 14
Thread: Size 8/0 black/tan thread
Case: Peacock Herl
Head: Olive dubbing
