Hello to all of the fly fishermen or anyone even interested in fly fishing....
The Ottawa Flyfishers Society will be hosting its annual open house on Tuedsay, May 19th, 2009.
Everyone is invited to get a first-hand look at the facinating world of fly-fishing! Learn about club activities, see demonstrations of fly tying, rod building, as well as the opportunity to give fly casting a try. Learn about entomology, conservation, fishing opportunities in our local waters and fly fishing lore. Meet representatives from several suppliers and related organizations.
Location: Champlain Field House (corner of Clearview and Cowley, off Island Park Drive)
Date: Tuesday, May 19th, 2009 (rain or shine). Food will be available on site. Great door prizes to be won!
Time: Doors open at 6:30pm
