)I was out a little less than an hour and got this guy on a clouser minnow I had tied myself. Also got some others on a badly worn self tied black wooly bugger.

Forgot my waterproof camera in the car so the non-waterproof cell phone had to do. No dropping incidents there either but usually it's a recipe for disaster so this is the best pic I could get.
The water is warm enough to wet wade and the current is slighty slower than it's been through the summer (although nowhere near the usual low flows this time of year). Perfect time to wade the Ottawa and Rdeau rivers for bass. They are hungry, they hit everything and at times you can get non-stop aerial action going.
