For weeks I have been trying to accomplish the dubbing loop, to make leech patterns. I have tried using knitting wool because I dont think theres a difference between fly tying yarn and knitting wool, besides the fact i got huge roles of them at a craft store for 2.00 each. Is it possible for knitting wool to form the body using a dubbing loop? If possible, can someone please give me a link to a site with the best instructions for the dubbing loop.
